Cancellation and Refund Policy

The MAS conference secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations/ transfer of registration:

• Cancellation ON or BEFORE 5^th September 2024: 50% Refund
• Cancellation AFTER 6^th September 2024: No Refund

In circumstances where the registrant requests for refund of registration fees, MAS reserves the right to deduct a 15% administrative fee on the total value of the amount claimed.

MAS Membership

The registration price for MAS members is only applicable if your MAS membership is still valid. If your membership is no longer active, your conference registration will automatically be processed as a non-MAS member.

To check membership status, you may login to your member account at www.my-arthroscopy.com. If you do not remember your login, click on “Forgot Password” to get your temporary password via email. If you wish to apply or renew your membership, you may do so on www.my-arthroscopy.com.
