Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Selection Criteria

  • This is an advanced-level cadaveric workshop, designed for orthopaedic surgeons with prior experience in knee arthroscopy.
  • Registration is open to all interested participants; however, participation is subject to final selection and approval by the Organising Committee.
  • Priority will be given to applicants with relevant experience and qualifications in knee surgery and arthroscopy.

Registration Process

  • Interested participants must complete the online registration form with all required information, including details of relevant clinical experience and current designation.
  • Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a place in the workshop.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Once payment is made, cancellation by the participant is non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Organising Committee under exceptional circumstances.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All registered applicants will be reviewed by the Organising Committee.
  • Selected participants will be notified via email. Only those who receive a formal acceptance email will be eligible to proceed with payment.

Payment Terms

  • Upon acceptance, participants are required to make full payment within 2 working days to secure their slot.
  • Failure to make payment within the stipulated period may result in forfeiture of the slot, which will then be offered to the next eligible candidate.

General Conditions

  • The Organising Committee reserves the right to verify the credentials of applicants and to make the final decision on participant selection.
  • The Committee also reserves the right to amend the programme details or terms and conditions without prior notice.
